How To Join:

To join the Santa Barbara County Foster Parents Association, Chapter #109, you can download our membership application here, by right clicking the link and selecting "save link as" or "save target as." Membership Dues:

Membership dues are established by each local association. The Santa Barbara County Foster Parents Association (SBCFPA) Membership Dues are as follows:

• Single Membership $30
  
• Dual Membership $50
  Please note that if one person (as shown on the license or certification) joins the Foster Parent Association, then both members must join, per CSFPA bylaws.
  
• *Associate $50 (per person)

The SBCFPA Membership Dues include State Association Membership dues of $15.00 per person. (So, if you join the SBCFPA with a Single Membership we will forward your dues of $15 to the CA State Association. If you join with a Dual Membership, both persons listed on your license also join the CSFPA and we will forward $30 of your membership dues to the CA State Association.)

*You are encouraged to join the CSFPA through your local association, who will forward your State Association dues to the State Membership Chairperson. However, you may join the CSFPA directly as an Associate Member by paying annual dues of $50.00 per person and sending the application directly to the State Association Membership Chairperson.

Steps To Join:

1. Download and complete the membership application.
2. Enclose membership dues with your application (make checks payable to: SBC FPA #109)
